a. Non-Refundable: Payments made for Vastu or Astrology consultations are non-refundable, as they involve personalized time, research, and energy dedicated to each client.

b. Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request a rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred timing, subject to availability.

c. Missed Appointments: If a consultation is missed without prior notice, it will be considered as availed and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

a. No Refund After Enrollment: Once enrolled in any course (online or offline), no refunds will be issued. Please review the course details thoroughly before making a purchase.

b. Access Restrictions: Course access is granted to the enrolled individual only and sharing or duplication is not permitted. Any breach of this may result in suspension of access without refund.

c. Technical Issues: If you are facing technical difficulties accessing the course materials, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase for support. We will ensure you receive access or offer a resolution.

a. If a duplicate payment has been made or your card has been charged incorrectly, please notify us immediately at info@mahavedic.com.

b. After internal verification, we will process a full refund for the duplicate or excess payment to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Mahavedic reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy under rare, case-by-case circumstances. However, these are not guaranteed and are subject to internal review and discretion.
